Larry Mullen Jr. was born on October 31, 1961 in a northside suburb of Dublin called Artane. He was two years behind Bono in high school but both noticed each other. It was Larry who posted an ad on a bulletin board at school bout starting a band.
Larry is married with a girl which he has had since high school named Anne Acheson who he has lived with for over 20 years. They have 3 childrens, Aaron Elvis, Ava and a new one who was born in february 2001. The unexpected news came from Bono himself during the Astoria Gig.
