is the crisis affecting you? How much can you spend to buy a ticket for next tour? Has your life changed? Can you save enough money? I’m not talking about the prices you’ll find on broker’s sites but the prices on livenation and Co. This is not a simple poll, if we get many entries we’ll forward the result to the band. (we’ll try at least).
So about me, yes the crisis is affecting me but I’ll save enough money to watch u2 in my country, if the price is up to 160€. No more. Due to this issue I won’r renew my u2.com membership
I think the financial crisis is affecting most of us. So it’s nice to know that U2 are coming soon, and it will be the most pleasurable way for me to think of to escape the stress of the economy……..but not if I have to go broke to see them. In the past few years I’ve been surprised by the prices of tix. I hope U2/management considers what is going on more than ever and prices tickets at no more than $100. I’ve paid more in the past, but I just don’t think I can do it this year, and yet, if I don’t see them, it will break my heart. I’ve always wanted to take my children to see U2 but I’m worried about the prices that will pop up on livenation. I too will NOT renew my u2.com membership if I cannot afford to go.
as long as they think ‘FOR THE PEOPLE’ and NOT think (like paulsen and the bank ceo’s)
‘F$#@’ THE PEOPLE’ – then concert price$ $should be ok. BUT REAL FANS scrape up $$$ everywhere around the house and/or save up for U2 gems if they really want some U2.
Did you know about u2.com subscription? Memberships expiring in december are automatically extended to january/february. Probably to give the time to the organization to make a new renewal gift. Well done!!
