Bono is making a speedy recovery after undergoing spinal surgery in
May, with U2 announcing they have plans to extend their world tour to
Australia.
The singer was left with partial paralysis in his legs
after he was diagnosed with a herniated disc and the group was forced
to cancel a string of concerts.
Bono returned to the stage in Turin, Italy, earlier this month just three months after his operation.
Now he's keen to tackle more shows so the band is taking its 360 Degree
Tour Down Under at the end of the year.
The Beautiful Day hit-makers have scheduled gigs in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth
in December. They will also make a stop in Auckland, New Zealand.

'U2 has always been at their best when surrounded by their audience, and
this extraordinary production makes that happen in stadiums,' U2's
manager Paul McGuinness said in a statement.
'It was important to the band that we were able to bring the whole 360 production to
Australia and New Zealand so fans could experience the latest of U2's

Call me crazy but this sounds just like U2's concert version of Bad from Wide Awake In America.
A riff or sample is one thing but this is ridiculous - it even stole the mood. But instead it's just whiny and smacks of needing to make another song
to fulfill a contractual number of albums.
